Neck + Shoulders: 4 Week Therapeutic Yoga Series at Villager Yoga
Mondays, Feb 15th-March 7th 5:30-6:45pm
Enjoy 4 weekly classes to help you build strength and relieve tension in your upper back, shoulders and neck. Instruction in yoga poses, basic anatomy, breathing practices, and deep relaxation.
No previous yoga experience necessary. Beginners welcome. $75 investment. Drop ins welcome at $20/class if space allows.
Cautions: There are some conditions for which this program may not be beneficial in a group setting, including: newly injured or severe disc compression or herniation, with radiating/nerve pain; recent surgery for back, shoulder, or neck; and spondylolisthesis.
